is an Illinois limited liability company established
initially for the purpose of managing investor capital in
Asset Backed Securities (ABS) which are eligible for
inclusion in the Federal Reserve’s Term Asset-Backed
Securities Loan Facility (TALF). We are now identifying and
expanding into new fixed-income opportunities. We anticipate
launching a U.S. Government Bond fund the third quarter of
2011. The new fund’s approach to investing will be an
actively managed U.S. Treasury bond carry/curve strategy.
Over the previous two years, Cornerstone Investment
Management, LLC, has managed in excess of $400 million in
fixed income assets. These assets include U.S. Treasury
Financial futures and Asset Backed Securities, both floating
and fixed rate. Cornerstone was established in March, 2009.
The managers each have more than twenty five years of
experience in the fixed income markets. Please view
